Jo has been a Feng Shui practitioner for over thirty years and is certified in the Black Sect School of Feng Shui, the Five Element Study of Feng Shui, and certified in Suzee Miller’s Real Estate Feng Shui Course. She uses this process to clear the energy in Seller's homes so they "feel clear and balanced" and sell quicker, as well as arranging furniture and accessories to better enhance the flow of energy in the home. For the Buyer, she clears all the energy right before they move in, so there is a clean slate of harmony and balance for them in their new home. This has become extremely popular, and not just in the Asian or Indian communities, so it is an important gift and part of Jo's service.
